Meet The Team
Mindy Grady
RN, MSN, CRNA
Hi, my name is Mindy Grady and I am a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Goldsboro, NC. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 14 years and have been an Anesthetist for 7 of those 14 years. I have three little boys ages 3,11, and 12 and an amazing, supportive husband. We love the Goldsboro area! I’m excited to use my nursing and anesthesia background to do something new! I’ve always been interested in aesthetics and have been trained and certified in aesthetic injections, micro-needling, Vampire facials, dermal fillers, and Ultherapy. I have fallen in love with helping people put their best face forward and feel better about themselves.
My Treatment Specialities are Ultherapy, Emsella, Plasma Facials, TOX, and Fillers.
Hannah Randall

My name is Hannah Randall and I graduated with a BA in physical education from UNC Wilmington. Later, I received a Radiography degree from Johnston County CC followed by a specialization in Cardiac and Vascular Interventional Technology. I began my x-ray career at WMH and worked several years at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Virginia before returning back to the Goldsboro area. I homeschool my daughter and we travel with my husband’s job all over the Midwest. I look forward to helping improve people’s self-esteem and confidence through aesthetics!
My Treatment Specialities are Ultherapy and Emsella.
Michelle Taylor

Hello! My name is Michelle Taylor and I started my healthcare career at the age of 18 as a surgical technician. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duke University with a Masters of Science in Nursing and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2017. My passion is to simply help patients and their reach the highest quality of health and life possible. My approach. is to educate, support, and assist my patients to identify what health means to them – because it is different for everyone – becoming a partner with them in their care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family.
My Treatment Specialities are Ultherapy, Emsella, Plasma Facials, and TOX.
Paula Jarman
CRNA
My name is Paula Jarma! I have been a CRNA for 35 years. I graduated from Wake Forest Baptist Nurse Anesthesia Program and retired in August of 2020. I worked as a CRNA at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro for 25 years. I am married and the mother of twin sons who are 32. I am active in our church. I am interested in helping mature women look their best.
My Treatment Specialities are Ultherapy, Emsella, and Plasma Facials.
